Phase 1 · Onboarding & Diagnostic
- OIS HQ profile setup and cohort kickoff
- Two-day in-person intensive at OIS

- Weeks 3–5
Phase 2 · Foundations
- Modules 1–4 across your OIS track
- Weekly facilitator-led sessions
- Week 4: Progress Pulse #1 survey via /s/<token>
- Weeks 6–9
Phase 3 · Applied Practice
- Modules 5–8 with workplace application
- Peer-reviewed assignments and observed practice
- Week 8: Mid-pathway Progress Pulse #2 survey
